Entry-level position. No trade experience needed. Weekly pay. All tools provided.
Reimbursements for mileage to and from your home to metro area jobsites and bonuses according to production are paid out weekly along with hourly wages at a rate of 10/hr.
Allotments for a compatible smartphone and tow-capable truck are also provided weekly.
First Year earnings of $28,000-35,000 per year ($13-17/hr) . Second year earnings of $42,000-55,000 per year ($20-25/hr).
Overtime and lead commission is available.
Role Responsibilities and Details
If you are interested in building a long-term career, becoming a master-craftsman in a highly specialized trade that has rock-solid stability and working with a team of dedicated artisans recognized as one of the best in the industry, then we would like to hear from you.
This is not a trade for the faint of heart, body or mind. Expectations of your attitude, reliability, character, stamina, and commitment to excellence will be very high and enforced. It is dirty, difficult and can be mentally exhausting. But if it was easy anybody could do it and it wouldn't be rewarding.
Training is primarily on jobsites, but will require regular study on your own time. In lieu of paid training, you will be required to adhere to a NDNC agreement, which will be enforced. Your fellow tradesmen are not interested in investing their valuable time in your education without a return of commitment. You will be getting paid while receiving a specialized education in a high-demand trade.
The process of choosing a person for this apprenticeship is highly selective and competitive. Expect it to take some time before you know if you are the one. Multiple interviews should be expected.
Job sites and training, while primarily located in the greater OKC area, may be quite a drive some days. Some days may require going to more than one site. In return, Bel Covo will pay you a small mileage reimbursement for all miles you drive from the time you leave your residence in the morning until you get back home that day. Car-pooling is not allowed. Your vehicle is your ability to work.
After completing the initial phase of your training successfully, you will qualify for Profit sharing bonuses based on your rank, performance and position.
Advancement in rank and performance will provide you with opportunities for advances in position and pay. Positions to achieve include: Installer, Lead Installer, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, Branch Supervisor and Regional Supervisor.
Your own transportation.
Must be physically fit and able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs frequently and lift 100 lbs occasionally in non-climate controlled construction environments.
Must be able to use simple math to calculate production rates, paces and coverages as a regular job task.
Must be able to remember and follow written and verbal instructions given at various points throughout the day.
Must know how and when to communicate regarding jobsite progression, events and your ability to fulfill scheduled roles and processes.
