CONCRETE FLOORING APPRENTICE
Compensation Details
Entry-level position. No trade experience needed (or desired). Weekly pay. All tools and instructions provided.
Per hour pay increses by $0.20 EVERY week, up to $20/hr.
At 40 hours each week, your pay will go from $20,800 to $41,600 yearly within one year.
$0.23/per mile driven to and from your home to jobsite(s).
$15/week reimbursment for clocking in with your smartphone.
Overtime and lead commission is available.
Requirements
Must be willing and able to maintain a positive attitude every day.
Able to begin work around 5-6 AM, 35-50 hours every week.
Must be relied on to show up on time every day.
Able to work some weekends as jobsite deadlines require.
Your own transportation to drive to Local Metro locations. Your vehicle is your ability to work.
Must be physically fit enough to work on your hands and knees outdoors and in non-climate controlled construction environments.
Must be able to remember and follow written and verbal instructions given at various points throughout the day.
Job Details
This is not a trade for the faint of heart, body or mind. Expectations of your attitude, reliability, character, stamina, and commitment to excellence will be very high and enforced. It is dirty, difficult and can be mentally exhausting. But if it was easy anybody could do it and it wouldn't be rewarding. This is highly-specialized work and our customers expect us to be second-to-none in this industry.
